Popovers are deceptive to make.  Certainly easy enough.  Five ingredients blended in an instant – how hard can that be.  Not much.

A rest at room temperature or in the refrigerator overnight and a bake in the oven – that’s it!  Tall, light and crisp Popovers.  The bake in the oven is where things can go wrong.  So let’s get to it. Continue reading
