    Has anyone else lost track of time and realized Easter is a week away? For someone who prides themselves in their ability to be organized, I sure dropped the ball on this one. So, here's a few ideas to help you along.

    Below is the Coconut Cream Cake that was such a hit at the bakery. It truly is special and perfect for Easter.
