Hi Helen, thanks for all your wonderful recipes. I have your craving cookie book and have gifted one to 3 of my friends. I wonder if you might help me find a cookie I made but can't find my notes or the name. It was a very flaky crust with apricot filling. Does this ring a bell? My neighbor requested them at Christmas & I was hoping to make them for cookie trays to friends. If you send me an email at [email protected] it will be easier to communicate.

Hi Mary Lou - was it enclosed in the pastry? A sandwich cookie? Was the filling exposed? What did the cookie look like? Do you know the origin of the cookie such as the country? If you can give me more information I may have a suggestion.
